∎ Age 42 to 45 years
∎ Candidates with MBA degree will get more preference.
∎ Candidates should have a minimum height of 5 feet - 6 inches.
∎ Candidates age should be between 42 to 45 and weight should be between 60 to 75 kg.
∎ Only Devout and Pious candidates can apply. The said condition does not apply to other religions.
∎ Those who cannot recite the Holy Qur'an Sharif properly need not to apply. The said condition does not apply to other religions.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delegate tasks and achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly task goals.
∎ Determine all the project requirements while significantly developing work schedules for the team.
∎ Identify potential risks and forming contingency plans as fast as possible.
∎ Efficiently liaise with the team members, clients, and also the management. This is to ensure that the projects are completed by maintaining a significant standard.
∎ Keep up with the latest industry trends and developments.
∎ Significantly analyze all the existing operations and scheduling the existing training sessions. Also, organize and hold meetings to discuss scopes of improvements.
∎ Motivate all staff members and essentially creating a space that acts like an inquiry zone. Here the staff members can ask concerning questions and also voice their concerns.
∎ Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as and when required.
∎ Write progress reports efficiently and delivering presentations to all the management.
∎ Be transparent with the entire team regarding challenges, failures, and successes as well.
∎ To establish new project & innovations in product.
∎ Ensure that all machines, including utilities run at optimum speed and efficiency.
∎ Suggesting the company Management in order to incorporate any changes in to the production process for minimizing the cost of production.
∎ Ensure factory safety & security.
