Operational Responsibilities:

  Procurement:

• Create and execute cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage sourcing risks and ensure smooth material availability.

Production:

• Work closely with production planning to align operations with supply chain goals.
• Ensure production meets demand while keeping inventory at optimal levels.
• Track and improve production KPIs such as efficiency and quality.
• Solve production-related issues that may affect supply chain flow.

 Inventory Management:

• Develop strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
• Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
• Use inventory systems to track and manage stock movements.
• Coordinate with production and sales to forecast and plan inventory needs.

Commercial:

• Oversee order processing, pricing, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Set pricing strategies to balance profit and competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and adjust commercial plans as needed.

Logistics:

• Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Select and supervise transport and freight partners.
• Track delivery performance and improve logistics efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with transport and logistics regulations.
