Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuous development of inclusive strategic plans and strategies by collaborating with the Managing Director & CEO.
∎ Analyze market dynamics and team performance to find areas of improvement.
∎ Identify strategic risks and find mitigation tools & techniques.
∎ Communicate strategies effectively throughout the company.
∎ Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must have at least 10 years' experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making in the capital market of Bangladesh.
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Excellent people skills.
∎ Proficient computer skills.
