Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferably an MBA in HR from a reputed university, or a Post Graduate Diploma
∎ Working experience in a manufacturing environment
∎ Bachelors degree from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Security and Station protocol - Manage entire Security System of the Station, including supervision of 3rd party security guards' performance, functioning of electronic surveillance system, and regular security reporting.
∎ Administer staff transport vehicles deployments; and manage company owned vehicles, including operating cost efficiency and renewal of vehicle documents
∎ Ensure strict compliance in managing all incoming visitors as per the guideline, which includes specific instructions and guidelines for different group of visitors, e.g., buyer representatives, suppliers, contractors, and any other visitors.
∎ - Ensure common facilities operations and management, including housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene of Station. The common facility includes, landscape, peripheral boundaries, buildings, internal roads, childcare, dormitories, central canteen with food management, etc.
∎ Strictly monitor and supervise the waste disposal process following the company guidelines.
∎ Maintain a tracker to ensure timely submission of all utility bills, e.g., gas, electricity, etc.
∎ Ensure general maintenance of all common and manufacturing facilities.
∎ Ensure instant involvement in mitigating any unforeseen crisis situations; report and engage the line management and other stakeholders as deemed appropriate based on the gravity of the issues.
∎ Maintain strong industrial relations in the peer groups to keep abreast of industry intelligence.
∎ Maintain a cordial relationship with the neighborhood community.
∎ Liaison with law enforcing and other govt. regulatory agencies.
∎ Ensure developing an energetic and dynamic team consistently delivering improved performance and exceeding expectations.
∎ Consistently train, coach, and feedback to the team members to enhance their motivation and effectiveness.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in HR & Administration
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in Leadership role
∎ Strong professional and personal integrity
