∎ Exhibit commercial approach to resolution of problem accounts
∎ Familiarity with business environment, laws, rules & regulations
∎ In depth knowledge of credit, operations & market risks
∎ Ability to analyze situations, strategize, select best course of action and deliver desired outcomes
∎ Requirements for highly qualified candidates may be relaxed

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish & implement SAM policies for management of ILFSL classified assets
∎ Coordinate with internal & external legal counsel in dealing with classified accounts to ensure implementation of best legal strategies
∎ Form & pro-actively participate in team to ensure recovery from classified account by way of persuasion/ restructuring/settlement solutions.
∎ Identify cross functional policy & procedures that contribute or may cause non-performing assets & assist their rectification in coordination with the relevant departments, in order to reduce possibility of future losses.
∎ Meet clients, other creditors, consultants, etc. as required for managing the SAM accounts
