∎ At least 4 (four) years practical experience as Personal Secretary to the Chairman/ Managing Director of any reputed organization or more experience in similar position. Experience in bank/financial companies is preferable.
∎ Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFC rules & regulations, and Banking and NBFC’s law and related legal knowledge.
∎ At least 4 (four) years practical experience as Personal Secretary to the Chairman/ Managing Director of any reputed organization or more experience in similar position. Experience in bank/financial companies is preferable.
∎ Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFC rules & regulations, and Banking and NBFC’s law and related legal knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements in an efficient and organized manner.
∎ Outstanding communication skills in both English and Bangla (spoken and written).
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant digital tools.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
∎ Ensuring travel arrangement which includes but not limited to visa arrangement, hotel booking, flight confirmation, liaison with govt. bodies like; Department of Immigration and Passport (DIP) etc. in consultation with the Chairman.
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with a professional demeanor.
∎ Excellent organizational, coordination and multitasking capabilities under pressure.
∎ Provide high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman with utmost professionalism and discretion.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with Govt. bodies.
∎ Prepare and handle confidential correspondence, reports, board documents and other sensitive materials.
∎ Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the Chairman including liaison with stakeholders, regulators and business partners.
∎ Organize and maintain all documents, records, files and communications systematically.
∎ Maintain close coordination with the company’s senior management team, divisional/ departmental heads and foreign/local counterparts.
∎ Draft business correspondence, presentations and other official documents as required.
∎ Monitor emails and retrieve information from the internet and digital platforms.
∎ Provide support to Management Teams as & when required.
∎ Any others task assigned by the Chairman or Management.
