Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SME banking strategies in alignment with the bank’s overall business goals and growth plan.
Lead the SME Banking Division and ensure effective collaboration with all branches to expand the SME client base.
Guide branches and business units to drive sustainable SME business growth and acquire new clients through strong relationship management.
Design, develop, and deliver innovative SME products and services tailored to market needs.
Promote SME portfolio growth through strategic alliances, customer engagement, and value-added services.
Conduct regular visits to SME clients to assess their business operations, investment viability, and creditworthiness.
Monitor proper utilization of SME credit facilities, maintain asset quality, and ensure timely reviews and renewals.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, including Bangladesh Bank directives, and effectively manage operational and credit risks.
Inspire, lead, and manage SME team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and product benchmarking to identify and capture new SME opportunities.
Prepare, analyze, and submit periodic reports on SME business performance, growth trends, and strategic updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and all applicable regulatory policies and requirements.
Coordinate with other divisions and branches for seamless service delivery and business support.
