- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing / Textile Engineering or related field.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
18+ years of experience in Sample & CAD operations, preferably in woven and denim garments.
Strong expertise in CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex-v23 will be preferable, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and marker efficiency.
Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
Strong communication skills with buyers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
Location: IFL Factory Ltd, 140 Dhour, Uttara, Turag, Dhaka-1230
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Sample section of 32 machines and CAD departments for woven and denim garments.
Plan and execute the Sampling based on buyer tech packs and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely sample submission with 100% compliance to buyer specifications.
Oversee pattern making, grading, and marker planning using CAD software Optitex-v23.
Maximize fabric utilization through efficient marker making and cost control.
Coordinate closely with merchandising, production, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Check and approve patterns, fits, and sample quality before submission.
Maintain effective communication with buyers/Buying office regarding sample comments and approvals.
Lead, train, and motivate the sample room and CAD team to achieve departmental goals and KPI.
Prepare and monitor T&A plans to ensure all samples are delivered on time.
Prepare and maintain detailed sample status reports and performance metrics.
Implement process improvements and introduce innovative CAD solutions to increase efficiency.
