Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise existing SAM clients for reducing the NPL ratio and maintain regular communication regarding changes in any policy, NPL recovery, restructure/rescheduling to reduce the NPL rate.
∎ Identify key areas for overall NPL recovery and maintain effective communication between management and SAM clients.
∎ Ensure effective negotiation with write-off clients, detail review, timely collection and monitoring respective critical accounts specially write - off clients with targeted amount and deadline.
∎ Maintain effective communication with assigned lawyers in respect of proper documentation regarding accounts under Litigation/Legal Action and represent in the court on behalf of NFL.
∎ Keep SAM client under regular inquiry for alternative source of fund. Identify the reasons behind the overdue and take necessary recovery action according to the reason.
∎ Prepare recovery strategies to achieve the target through allocating tasks among team members.
∎ Prepare settlement, write-off, reschedule, restructure and others important memo for management, EC and Board, if needed. Forecast future NPL trend and take appropriate measure.
∎ Supervise & Monitor SAM team members on Daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly recovery report and present to the Management.
∎ Visit clients & guarantor’s office /business, present and permanent address as and when required.
∎ Extensive traveling in order to hunt trace-less default clients all over Bangladesh.
∎ Make enforcement of warrant execution with the help of local police station.
∎ Ensure vehicle repossession.
∎ Verify mortgage property documents, take possession of land.
∎ Prepare monthly performance report / presentation to the Management.
∎ Find out Reasons for delinquency of the default borrowers and report to the line manager on daily basis.
∎ Cooperate and maintain liaison with law firms to suite cases against default clients.
∎ Prepare and Check waiver & rescheduling memo as per management required.
∎ Meeting, discussing & counseling overdue customers and all associated parties.

∎ Age 34 to 38 years

∎ Legal Knowledge i.e. Litigation, NI ACT, Artha Rin Ain, Mortgage, Land
∎ Proven NPL Management Record
∎ Effective communication skills
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Ability to build a team and promote team work
∎ Target oriented and result driven
