Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and manage a strong team of sales professional of a real estate business.
∎ To monitor overall Sales & Marketing professional of a real estate sector.
∎ To establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
∎ Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
∎ To lead a large team & to have knowledge of entire Bangladesh market for relevant channels.
∎ To develop relationship with existing and new customer in order to maintain and grow the business.
∎ To focus and target various market.
∎ Develop and implement the annual sales plan including analysis of market, agreed quantities to be sold and the approaches to be used to sell products in the market.
∎ Follow-up on checking daily figures.
∎ To collaborate with team members of the Marketing team to penetrate key markets.
∎ To develop Sales team in generating revenue with client satisfaction.
∎ To help personally to close largest Sales deal.
∎ Arrange national Sales Meeting.
∎ Implement companywide promotional or sales initiatives across the assigned region.
∎ Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
∎ Prepare and produce management report on market situation.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Should have positive and to do attitude.
∎ Proficient in MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google sheet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
∎ Basic knowledge in Social Media Marketing and should be tech savvy.
