Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Vast knowledge of Tyre industry’s product
∎ • Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plan and strategies of Tyre Sales based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share.
∎ • Understand clients need and identify the scope for sales opportunity
∎ • Responsible for market expansion & manage the distributor business.
∎ • Should be able to co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ • Proper knowledge of product and also team management aiming to achieve monthly or annual target
∎ • Ability to go through in details on the Market situation and find out opportunities for new market growth
∎ • Play a leading role to conduct thorough market research on local market to find potential buyer and dealer and take Necessary action to convert this potential buyer to satisfied customer.
∎ • To Maintain customer database, relationship and liaison with existing as well as prospective corporate customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate who have practical experience in Tyre field will give priority.
Salary: Negotiable
