Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Good communication skills
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
∎ Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to a salesperson.
∎ Communicates with visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
∎ Obtain basic demographic information about each customer by taking visiting card of the client and direct all the data to the respective person.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and material
∎ Assist service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible.
∎ Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
∎ Direct incoming calls and customer complaints to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
∎ Produce automotive industry progress reports for presentation to the team regularly
∎ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries to the respective person
∎ Reply all the social media messages and give the report daily to the Management through Email
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
