∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CA/CA(intermediate)

Accounting, Finance, Revenue Generation, Revenue Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance of transactions including revenue and cost of sales accruals for month closing.
∎ Ensure proper recording of revenue and compliance with VAT/TAX law and necessary regulatory requirement.
∎ Will act as main point of contact for addressing any queries related to revenue operations.
∎ Will oversee money creation & destroy, financial dispute management, settlement operation and all TCS account related Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Will Manage payment channel actors such as merchant, payment acceptors, commission computation and disbursement.
∎ Will check new product features and will reflect necessary GL mapping in the platform.
∎ Will check subsidy /cash incentive proposal and will review such cost in a regular process and will initiate settlement.
∎ Will oversee Bangladesh Bank reporting.
∎ Will attend necessary meeting with regulators as and when required.
∎ Will liaise with auditor on platform related accounting.
∎ Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders including bank partners, central banks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ 10 years of experience in Finance Department, out which 2 years in Revenue operation in MFS industry.
∎ Efficient and thorough; strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment; firm commitment on quality and excellence.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated, able to work independently in a relatively unstructured environment.
∎ Proficiency with MS Office applications particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Power BI/Tableau.
∎ Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, experience with bank accounting and financial statement analysis.
∎ Ability to identify and resolve potential issues problems.
