Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or M. Com preferably from any reputed University having no Third Class/Division/Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing retail relationship team business strategies and target assignment.
∎ Leading relationship team and achieving the target of retail asset products.
∎ Monitoring retail team performance and motivating them to achieve their targets.
∎ Maintaining Coordination with Branches regarding retail business.
∎ Leading retail relationship team and maintaining service level as well as achieving financial goal.
∎ Helping and organizing business promotions like-Campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc. in co- ordination with the respective channels.
∎ Supervising, managing and leading the Retail Credit Collection team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of team members.
∎ Preparing various MIS to provide actual information as per management requirement.
∎ Ensuring minimization of bad debt/litigation ratio.
∎ Arranging weekly & monthly meeting with the team members.
∎ Any others task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years practical experience in Bank/ Financial Institutions in similar operations.
∎ Well conversant in regulatory requirements, NBFI rules & regulations.
∎ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
∎ For higher deserving candidates requirements may be relaxed.
