Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100 % export based Knit Composite Garments Factory located in Kaliakoir, Gazipur is looking for potential candidate for the position of Head of Quality.
∎ The factory consists of 60+ lines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure quality concern people work independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, traffic light system, skip bundle, DHU, RFT, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.
∎ Accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that can meet production standards based on customers' requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, take challenges and equipped with necessary drive based on KPI, motivation and hunger to make a bench mark in garments industry.
∎ Play role as administrative in charge of whole QA/QC team activities. Setting QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
∎ Develop and lead Quality Assurance by configuring world class Garment manufacturing and operating profit to the company.
∎ Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, recommend continuous improvement activities
∎ Making effective plans for quality assurance of the factory to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.
∎ Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality
∎ Represent the company in buying offices to clarify quality related issues, as & when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 10-12 yrs. of experience in the quality department in Knit Garment Factories.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Candidate should be able to establish quality parameters in all segment of the department
∎ He should have sound hands on knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from Knitting to packing.
∎ Should be proactive, sincere, dynamic & result oriented
