∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge about Suit (Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat) layout as well as technical leadership abilities.
∎ Should have knowledge to conduct routine Audit and letting approvals as per approved standard.
∎ Must have skills in interpretation of Buyer comments/ updates to production team leader & operators.
∎ Must have capability to conduct PP meeting and has to be clarified through discussion for customer requirements and reached out those to concerned team & self-team also.
∎ Good knowledge / awareness of Quality control policy & compliance terms.
∎ Good supervision capacity and need to have contemporary knowledge to keep subordinates and engaged employees to stay motivated and make them efficient through train up.
∎ Capable to fabric test/ inspection/ shrinkage/ pattern management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly monitor work of Cutting/ Sewing/Finishing/ Product Safety/ CAD & Pattern Team to ensure measurement issue along with all Inspections as well as evaluation of their performances. Need regular monitor their improvement to sort capable workforces to achieve better result.
∎ Style analysis & take relevant preventive actions. Regular monitor on pp/inline as mandatory and directly focus to reduce ultimate rejections through sewing to finishing. Specially ensure buyer wise quality requirement as key concerned of QAD.
∎ Take care on scheduled final inspection (Buyer QA/Seif & Third party) & ensure goods will able to meet on time shipment, specially monitor on update daily progressing to ensure buyer requirement.
∎ Conduct training and make sure all subordinates accountable for their performance to achieve quality target by efficient & minimum manpower.
∎ Follow up routine forwarding issues to buyer & all internal concerned/ department/unit on time. Specially reporting day-to-day quality status and trend to Factory Head.
∎ Reporting overall quality issues to the Management & ensure sharing to resolve any urgency.
∎ Ensure the implementation of customer requirements and all SOP.
∎ Conduct internal audit and monitoring the buyer protocol is maintained properly
