Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Post Graduate preferably in Science/ Social Science/ Business Administration/ Education or any other relevant disciplines with minimum 2nd class in all examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the COP/ Lead for timely submission of papers/ documents for project approval particularly of NGOAB.
∎ Generate evidence and monitor progress of all bilateral projects particularly at output and outcome levels as per project result framework and budget in order to ensure good ‘’value for money’’ (vfm) in each project.
∎ Keep an eye on projects resource, including financials (receiving fund/ disbursing fund/ revenue from community, if applicable) of the project and utilisation of human resources.
∎ Extend support to/ mentoring project leads (and other key staffs) for successful implementation of project objectives/ key deliverables.
∎ Formalise agreement with partner/s, by taking BRAC SOP and relevant other guidelines into consideration.
∎ Networking with the organisations (GO-NGO) to influence policy-advocacy and mobilisation of resources. Represent programmes/ organisation in forums (national/ international) as needed.
∎ Identify/point out and discuss deviations with COP/Project Lead and suggest actions to be initiated to address those deviations.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years’ experience in education management which includes educational project management, grant management, quality management, training and monitoring.
∎ Advance knowledge in project management especially in education management.
∎ Contribute to implementation of BEP’s annual programme and strategies.
