• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale industrial or factory construction projects.

• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of industrial building design, structural engineering, Civil, MEP coordination, and factory compliance standards (BEPZA, BNBC & RSC).Proven record of successfully delivering multi-story industrial buildings.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and related project monitoring tools.

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Project to lead the overall planning and execution of all construction and infrastructure development works for our garments manufacturing facilities. The incumbent will serve as the overall in-charge of the project function, responsible for ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and full compliance with organizational, regulatory, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management — from design, planning, and budgeting to implementation and handover.

• Supervise and coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure quality and timeline adherence.

• Review and validate project layouts, BOQs, estimates, and construction schedules.

• Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and progress review meetings.

• Ensure strict compliance with BEPZA, BNBC, and RSC guidelines across all civil, structural, and MEP works.

• Oversee cost management, resource utilization, and vendor performance for optimal project delivery.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

• Liaise effectively with BEPZA authority, design consultants, and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and technical excellence within the project department.
