Responsibilities & Context:
All tasks related to the Factory Production, Quality & maintenance departments
You are also responsible for Planning, Organizing, Supervising, Executing and following up with all-task Production (Steel & Rolling) departments
Production planning is in line with the sales plan.
Production with the desired level of productivity, Quality, cost, etc.
You have to supervise and monitor the CCM & Furnace, Production Control, Quality Control, Materials Chain System and Development Works of Steel Mills & Re-Rolling Mills
Ensure all elements of manufacturing costs are as per company standards
You have to follow up and organize your subordinates to manage the Production of Billets and their properties (Physical and Chemical) up to the BDS and ASTM standards, Production Control of Steel Products (TMT Bar), Quality Control (Physical & Chemical test), Managing labor force
To build up a strong team in the Production & Quality departments
To allocate and follow up on the work of Subordinates
To administer, motivate, and counsel the Team Members and subordinates.
Any other task as and when required by management.
