Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel

• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or higher.

• Age At least 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience at least 3-5 years as a Factory GM position or Factory Head.
• Manufacturing process.
• Experience in Melting (Multiple furnaces)
• Knowledge of steel manufacturing
• A mindset of setting the right processes
• Understanding of end-to-end cost.
• Use of IT tools to run operations efficiently.

• All tasks related to the Factory administration, Production, Quality & maintenance departments

• You are also responsible for Planning, Organizing, Supervising, Executing and following up with all-task related departments

• To formulate short-term and long-range objectives, plans and programs for the business area at the plant and to ensure that corporate plans are materialized. To operate and run the existing Re-Rolling, Section & Steel manufacturing plant.

• Production planning is in line with the sales plan. Production with the desired level of productivity, Quality, cost, etc.

• To oversee the general administration function and co-ordinate activities of Quality control, administrative/personal/Human Resources, Maintenance, Dispatch, Stores, and Electrical departments

• You have to supervise and monitor the CCM & Furnace, Production Control, Quality Control, Materials Chain System and Development Works of Steel Mills & Re-Rolling Mills.

• Managing stores, procurement, logistics and warehouse operations in the factory.

• Ensure all elements of manufacturing costs as per company standards

• To administer, motivate, and counsel the Team Members and subordinates

• Any other task as and when required by management.
