Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Industrial Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Garments Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering in Woven Garments Production, Lean Management, LEAN Manufacturing, outerwear, Woven Jacket

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing, and to discuss capacity status of the factory and obtain approval from the Executive Director.
∎ Prepare &/or review the production planning, material planning and machinery planning.
∎ Style allocation to the floors based on available capacity, product categories.
∎ Technical setting of the garment for the reduction of making cost and production friendly samples.
∎ Involvement in pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting.
∎ Production monitoring, follow up day-to-day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.
∎ Follow up industrial engineering functions and systems.
∎ Achieve targeted efficiency.
∎ Ensures quality production at minimum alteration and repair cost. Also ensures right quantity shipment as per agreed schedule.
∎ Planning of shipment with appropriate documentation.
∎ Oversee the manpower costing of each floor and keep manpower cost under control.
∎ Optimization of production processes and minimize the production cost.
∎ Motivate employees and enrich the knowledge of production team.
∎ Make sure that all production floors are compliance as per provision of law and buyers' CoC.
∎ Work closely with HR Head in hiring people to ensure that only right personnel is employed to the company in right time with right cost.
∎ Workers personal & welfare activities are also part of responsibilities.
∎ Ensures smooth flow of information and material from one department to another. Resolves inter-departmental issues if there is any.
∎ Generate daily, weekly and monthly production report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Head of operations/ production in large jacket manufacturing unit.
∎ Experienced in lean management.

Salary: Negotiable
