Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign university preferably in business, finance, economics, statistics or accounting. Post-graduation will be an added advantage;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of product managers to conduct market, industry and segment study and brainstorm new ideas in order to bring new SME lending, non-funded and deposit products into the market;
∎ Develop financial and operational plans for products and monitor process for smooth execution;
∎ Work with or through stakeholders to develop and rollout new products and maintain existing products;
∎ Develop strategic plan to ensure all credit applications are submitted, evaluated, approved and disbursed on time;
∎ Network with prospective clients, conduct interviews and negotiate deals to help develop business relationships to promote all type of SME banking products;
∎ Maintain relationship and acquire new business from strategic partners such as trade bodies, business associations and communities;
∎ Monitor portfolio performance and take controlling measure to ensure quality;
∎ Develop and maintain non-financial services such as Advisory Service, Mentoring, SME Linkage, Training and Development to SME clients;
∎ Engage in different digital banking projects as a SME banking expert and provide necessary input to make these projects successful for bank's future success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience. Experience in SME Banking will be considered an advantage;
∎ Very good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill to work with team and different stakeholders;
∎ Have very good knowledge of all types banking products (deposit, funded and non-funded facilities);
∎ Self-starter with drive & initiatives;
∎ Language proficiency both in Bangla and English.
