Job Context:
∎ This is 100% export oriented fully compliance Auto-Jacquard Sweater Industry requires Head of Planning for its Sweater factory. Our Motto is quality product & on-time shipment, we are Inviting applications from experienced, energetic, hardworking and honest candidates to fulfill the below requirement for RMG sector of sweater Unit:
∎ We are looking for interested candidates as a Head of Planning who has experience in Auto Jacquard Sweater sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preference to be given who has experienced to work software & skilled in computer & IT
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly/yearly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & related department for order Planning & proper machine allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, winding, knitting, linking, trimming, mending, finishing & packing) for smooth operation.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Study and record time and motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, new operator's skill assessment, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career developments.

∎ The applicants should have 10 year experience in the following area (S): Production Planning.
∎ Only experienced candidate should apply.
