Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation Degree in Accounting or Finance.
∎ ICMA professional degree holder (partly qualified is preferable).
∎ Chartered Accountant (CA) cc is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for Finance & Accounts.
∎ Execute the financial strategy of the company
∎ Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
∎ Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
∎ Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
∎ Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
∎ Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
∎ Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
∎ Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
∎ Coordinate and produce all VAT/ tax documentation as required
∎ Responsible to set companies Finance, Accounts, Commercial & Audit Plan along with top management and implement the approved plan by Top Management.
∎ Set target along with budget with top management and approve the same by Top Management.
∎ Establish a standard accounting procedure wherein everything will be transparent and system oriented. .
∎ Responsible to make each Accountant and book seller in the accountable to send daily report of all transactions.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly finance, accounts and audit report and compare the same with target achievement.
∎ Responsible to establish and maintain a standard Inventory system and make store dept. accountable for misuse and pilferage of any asset.
∎ Recommend Top Management to meet the gap between present revenue and planned revenue.
∎ Responsible to introduce surprise audit (both internal & external) in each to find any deviation.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the supply chain.
∎ Team Development Activities-
∎ Responsible for analyzing the business performance and review operation skill level to ensure corrective action.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
∎ Submit a report on monthly basis about the sales, production and stock.
∎ Monitoring of all the necessary paperwork by all departments.
∎ Responsible for overall Accounts & Finance related mater in plant.
∎ Others task assign by the departmental head / management.

∎ Age at least 42 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory / Corporate Accounts & Finance & Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Sweater), Group of Companies, Multinational Companies.
∎ Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality.
∎ Have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
∎ Good computer knowledge must be required (with tally software).
