Job Context:
A reputed sweater manufacturing factory over 1500 machine capacity is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Planning to lead end-to-end production planning, capacity management, and delivery execution.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead overall production planning & control for sweater operations
Prepare and execute master production plans (MPP) aligned with buyer delivery schedules
Ensure effective capacity planning, line balancing & manpower utilization
Coordinate with Merchandising, SCM, Production, QA & Maintenance teams
Track order progress, WIP, efficiency & delivery performance
Identify production risks and ensure timely corrective actions
Develop and monitor planning KPIs and MIS reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity & on-time delivery
