Job Context

We are seeking a professional with sound and solid planning knowledge to oversee the entire production flow and optimize the production process to ensure maximum capacity utilization at the sweater factory.

Responsibilities:

• Figure out deviations and assist in making rectifications to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
• Total follow-up from Yarn receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
• Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring their elimination.
• Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information, and analysis.
• Responsible for analyzing the worker's performance, reviewing operator skill level, and ensuring corrective action to train potential workers.
• Coordinate with production (Merchandising & Marketing) department for optimal /lead time/shipment.
• Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
