∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, and practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
∎ TALLY / ERP Software proficiency.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Financial statements including Cash Flow Statements, Financial Reports, Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Balance Sheet, Financial Analysis, and Annual Budgets and support the Management to identify the Control of Cost etc.
∎ To monitor and ensure the Compliance of the Accounting Procedure, Financial Reporting Process, and other relevant Policies of the Company.
∎ To review the Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Monthly Cash Budget, Disbursement, and overall Financial Responsibilities of the Company.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ To examine and analyze the Bills/Invoices, Vouchers, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Accounting Functions, Monthly Bank Reconciliation etc.
∎ To provide Cost & Benefit Analysis for any new Project and Renewal of all Services/Leases/Annual Contracts that the Management undertakes for decision-making.
∎ To ensure proper and timely Maintenance of Bills, Vouchers, Deeds, Documents, Ledgers etc. including a proper Record Keeping System.
∎ To supervise and maintain the Fixed Assets of the Company with a proper Inventory Management System.
∎ To deal with Matters related to Internal Audits, External Audits, Financial Institutes, Tax/VAT Authorities, Company Secretarial and General Accounting Management.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, and practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, and Banking.
∎ Good knowledge of Local LC & import LC.
∎ Ensure all of the Sales, Receivables, and Payables are posted correctly.
∎ Any other lawful jobs & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ We are looking for a suitable candidate who can look after the overall finance & accounts functions of our sweater factory in gazipur.
∎ Job responsibilities:
