Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies, subject to approval by Management.
∎ Review operational results, compare them with established objectives, and implement corrective measures to address any gaps.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, technical partners, and customers to achieve corporate revenue targets.
∎ Analyze challenges and provide strategic solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain company legality and ethical standards.
