Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and sales of packaging materials.
∎ Strong understanding of LLDPE, PP film, gum tape production technologies and market dynamics.
∎ Proven leadership in scaling production and managing operational teams.
∎ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and modern production management tools.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee end-to-end operations of production units (LLDPE, PP film, gum tape).
∎ Coordinate procurement, production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
∎ Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvements across all operational departments.
∎ Manage sales and business development activities to ensure revenue targets are met.
∎ Implement and monitor KPIs for plant operations, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.
∎ Lead and build cross-functional teams to support business growth.
∎ Liaise with vendors, clients, and stakeholders for business continuity and expansion.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and manage a dynamic project focused on the production and sales of industrial packaging accessories, including LLDPE stretch film, PP film, and gum tape. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, sales strategy, and operational excellence.
