Strong knowledge of store management, stock keeping, and inventory software.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must be honest, punctual, and capable of working under pressure.
Computer literacy is a must (MS Word, Excel, Email communication).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain proper records of non-woven fabric inventory.
- Receive, check, and verify materials against delivery documents.
- Issue materials as per production requirement and keep records accordingly.
- Monitor daily stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of fabric to avoid damage.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly stock reports.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety in the store area.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
