Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical from foreign or local reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Group Of Company, Maintenance, Overseas Company, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, commissioning and operation of latest generation Aluminium foil Mill
∎ Ensure maximum operational efficiency of the machineries including packaging, printing, laminating & slitting machine
∎ Establish Quality plan & ensured calibration of measuring Equipment
∎ Guide team for Aluminium foil rolling ingot scalping, preheating, hot rolling, cold rolling and finishing lines like slitters, cut to length, roll former etc
∎ Installation, commissioning and operating the foil plant comprising of separating machine, laminators, coaters, slitter and one annealing furnace
∎ Heading the operation of Aluminium Flat Rolled Products
∎ Achieving the planned/target production
∎ Ensure safety standards in the respective production unit
∎ Ensure quality standards in the respective production unit
∎ Manage the operations (manufacturing and maintenance) of the rolling mill
∎ Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all equipment are followed
∎ Ensure usages of Aluminium Foil with correct specification for desired product
∎ Ensure ZERO/set wastage level
∎ Carry-out vendor quality surveys or product quality audit
∎ Ability to handle any trouble-shooting individually & capable to handle multiple tasks of Foil Rolling Mill
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities (both Scheduled and unscheduled)
∎ Finished Goods material management and co-ordinate with store and dispatch team
∎ Technical efficiency report (Wastage Report, Statistical QC Report)
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have requisite Leadership/people management skills.
∎ Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
∎ Must be self-motivating, self-starter, fast thinker, industrious, result oriented with 'Can Do' attitude
∎ Must be able to work on own as well as being a team player
∎ Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.
