Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and Implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity and profitability
Collaborate with other executive to define and execute the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring they are alinged with operational capabilities.
Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, quality control and costumer service.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions.
Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance coaching & support to drive performance and employee development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors and supplier to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
