Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 50 years
- Experienced to frequently visit the production units / washing plant / embroidery / print etc. and can give quick decision.
- Strong communication skill to convince customers.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Capable to handle fill merchandising team of 20 Merchandisers + 500,000 pcs production capacity per month (20 lines / 2 production units).
- Day to Day follow with Merchandising / Factory Production team / Washing team and others relative areas.
- Capable to find the problem and solve the problem.
- Follow up the banking / LC / Import / Export to make sure production units will not have any production feeding problem.
