Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile
∎ Skills Required: Ability to work as business head, Able to work under pressure, Automobile, Business Development or Operation Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5 years to 7 years experience as Head of Production., Automobile, Service Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the annual budget with forecasted revenue, target with strategic plan and submission to management.
∎ Build up the expertise and experienced team to achieve the target with their effective JD.
∎ Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job.
∎ Scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.
∎ Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in The service area.
∎ Investigate customer complaints and concern arising from products and suggest appropriate solutions.
∎ Maintain the ERP implement system to record, file and store information pertaining to client enquiries.
∎ Identify staff that require ongoing training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.
∎ Provide feedback to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure HR is informed.
∎ Promote a healthy and safety culture within the business.
∎ Inspect the quality of work and technicians before the release Of vehicles.
∎ Review work orders to ensure that all the actions have been documented
∎ According to service policies and procedures.
∎ Review monthly MIS of the claims and take necessary action in case of deviations.
∎ Ensure timely goal setting , performance review , feedback and development Of subordinates in the team.
∎ Ensure attraction ,engagement and retention of key talent within the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years Experience in Automobile Industry.
∎ Should be a Technical Person in Automobile Service Industry.
Salary: Negotiable
