Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have M.Sc./ B.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering/ Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent having no 3rd division/class in any examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should maintain Network Team as Head of Network Administration Department.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Network and security of traffic that passes through the network, Internet access and websites.
∎ Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring & analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendor.
∎ Maintain an inventory of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, terminals, modems and other access devices that are attached to the Network and Security.
∎ Implement secure network by developing network access policies, Firewall solutions, application security, monitoring, access control, and corporate data safeguards, evaluation and maintaining documentation.
∎ Upgrade network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.
∎ Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments to enhance more security.
∎ Take Backup periodically of Network and Security equipment configuration.
∎ Manage, assign, and maintain the list of network and IP addresses.
∎ Prepare MEMO and Work Order to purchase any Network and Security related products or services.
∎ Vendor (Links, Devices and services) management for support as well as bill processing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Age Limit maximum 45 years as on March 31, 2020.
∎ At least 12 years of experience in supervision of different Networks & Security equipment. CCNA or higher network related certification is must
∎ Candidate should be capable of working in highly sophisticated IT environment.
∎ Candidate should have hands-on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, CheckPoint Firewall, Cisco Firewall, Cisco ESA (IRONPORT), Cisco ISE, SSL Certificate, IPT System, Vulnerability Management, Network Management System (NMS) etc.
∎ Candidate must have hands on experience on Dynamic (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and static Routing Protocol, Switching, IPSec VPN, DMVPN, VLAN, DNS System etc.
∎ Candidate should have depth knowledge on SIEM, PAM, WAF, SDN (Cisco ACI), PCI-DSS, SD-WAN, Web Proxy, Virtualization, VAPT, Controller based Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in English and Bangla.
∎ Candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
Salary:
∎ Salary and Designation are negotiable and depend on experience and background of the selected candidates.
