Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve Home Loan portfolio growth target.
∎ Prepare and execute campaigns for Home Loan.
∎ Implement effective customer acquisition and retention strategies to enhance the customer base.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, branches, and internal teams.
∎ Proactively monitor the performance of business team, offer necessary guidance to subordinates for development and target achievement.
∎ Ensure initial screening and credit assessment of potential clients.
∎ Be involved with continuous improvement of policies and processes as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 years proven experience in Home Loan management
∎ Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
