Job Context:
∎ We are one of the mid-level 100% export oriented Knit and woven Garments Manufacturer and buying house, looking for a dynamic and highly potential professional as a Head of Merchandising and Marketing (Knit and woven Garments). The incumbent will be responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty.
∎ Job Location: Factory/ Corporate office any where.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the monthly target and creation of a new market for expanding.
∎ Have to do overseas, local marketing and correspondence with excellence.
∎ Supervise the marketing, merchandising, operation and planning team to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Ensure satisfaction and motivation with the service of the respective incumbent.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth.
∎ Meeting with marketing, Merchandising, Operation and Planning team on regular basic.
∎ To plan and execute order smoothly.
∎ Introduce new Customer and overall follow-up, such as product development to shipment.
∎ Make full costing in knit garments, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Coordinate with planning department to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyer, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer side.
∎ Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when require,
∎ Planning for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandiser are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Follow up and Coordination with Production, Quality Commercial Department and on time shipments.
∎ Follow-up purchase orders, internal orders and costing sheets.
∎ Follow-up about fabric knitting and dyeing.
∎ Act as an effective team leader and lead the team.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years working experience in Marketing and Merchandising department on knit garments.
∎ Must have very sound technical knowledge of marketing in Knit garments with minimum experience of 10 years in knit garments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Knit garments and buying house.
∎ Highly skilled in English for both speaking and writing.
∎ Have to know basic Compliance for all buyers.
∎ Must prove successfully interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with staff at all levels.
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must have advance computer skills.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills in English/Bengali.
∎ Must have high sense of Integrity and Hardworking.
∎ Must have a high sense of perfection and pro-active capability to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Must have a visionary and strategic thinking.
∎ Must have capacity to implementation of ideas.
∎ Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
∎ Result oriented with strong focus on deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable, But given to high Salary.
