Job Context:
∎ Orders obtained need to have minimum CM standard levels
∎ Factory with Fully Compliance (SEDEX, BSCI, Accord)
∎ Coordination with Factory team and Buyers
∎ Supply chain is monitored order wise and ensure no gap in production lines
∎ Ensuring the on-time shipment with buyer`s desired quality and without short quantity
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring Factory’s capacity are booked with orders throughout the year
∎ Maintaining production lines with similar products consistently (Within Knitwear and those products will be doable using the available sewing machines types)
∎ Weekly CPM (Critical path management) and T & A (Time and Action) review with team member
∎ Co-ordination and communicating Issues with Buyer team
∎ Take necessary actions on the escalation flow on each product execution challenge
∎ Undertake Cost analysis (Analysis of material consumption, Material cost, cut & make cost, machine uses vs productivity, commercial cost, overhead, testing, miscellaneous cost etc.)
∎ Monitoring Knitting and dyeing sub-contracting factories for ensuring regular and consistent supply of Knitted fabrics
∎ Preparing Vendor (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing)’s KPI for continuous evaluation.
