Job Responsibilities:
∎ Jointly with the senior management team (COO and CEO) outline potential growth opportunities with the assigned accounts; Share target with supervisor for approval
∎ Prepare a draft plan showing key deliverables and areas of improvement for the year; Submit draft plan to senior management for review
∎ Plan out customer strategy and allocate target to members based on volume and complexity of customers
∎ Outline key team responsibilities, targets and metrics for the year
∎ Create strategy roadmap to achieve revenue generation with maximum customer satisfaction and retention
∎ Conduct meetings with counterparts in customer organization on a periodic basis to understand requirements and seek feedback on delivery
∎ Share updated from an organization, design and efficiency perspectives to keep customer updated on best practices being followed
∎ Jointly with COO, negotiate and finalize customer terms and conditions, pricing and delivery timelines
∎ Manage customer escalations on production timelines, terms & conditions of delivery, pricing and product specifications
∎ Liaise with internal teams to ensure adherence to order fulfilment plan; Resolve escalations and provide resolutions in case of deviation from plan
∎ Review periodic reports and metrics on timeline adherence, documentation accuracy and team feedback from respective departments
∎ Guide team to implement alternative plan for deviations
∎ Escalate discrepancies for action to senior management to ensure smooth functioning of departmental activities
∎ Track globally prevalent designs, customer requirements and future trends; Guide design team to develop product and design samples aligned to market requirements
∎ Develop ideas for go-to-market strategy and pricing models for new designs to be showcased to customers
∎ Review existing marketing/merchandising process flow; Define standard operating procedures for the department to achieve efficient and error-free process
∎ Formulate action plan for process improvement and optimization for all key activities in the department
∎ Set targets and communicate process improvement plan for team; track and monitor adherence to plan and take corrective measures wherever required
∎ Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of yearly plans
∎ Manage effective resource allocation, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement through appropriate HR interventions
