Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Graduate in Textile in relevant field will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 4 to 5 years in the relevant position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of Lingerie & Under garment fabrics, trims and accessories.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ Support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ Should be able to develop business with new buyers.
∎ Should be able to work with Europe, USA corporate buyers.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval/ per-production/ photo samples/delivery.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ Must have good knowledge on Pattern, Fabric and sourcing.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges
∎ Should have good connection with the buyers.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability to lead the team
∎ Must possess leadership skills,
∎ Ability to do multitask
∎ Strong ability to solve the problem
∎ Working experience in Large scale lingerie Factories.
∎ Knowledge of computers and software programs is typically required.
