Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Merchandising, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible looking after marketing and merchandising activities of Knitting, Dyeing and Knitwear Garments.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly.
∎ Liaison with foreign reputed buyers to get unlimited export orders.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department effectively.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales.
∎ Costing and Pricing negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling etc.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Create new customer and follow-up existing customer to expand the business volume.
∎ Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge on Production process and productivity.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of products.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn and accessories.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
∎ Good Computer skill.
