Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Budgeting, creativity and innovation, Good communication skills, Have good knowlede on using Microsoft Office, Leadership, Marketing Management and Planning, Time Management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park, Hotel, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and deliver the marketing plan across all disciplines.
∎ Plan and execute the on-going annual marketing plan for the new venture to achieve the budgeted revenue.
∎ Identify audience insight and increase market volume across key audiences to drive visits and maximize opportunity for repeat visits, upsells and product development.
∎ Plan and ensure effective delivery of site PR, promotions, advertising, online, direct marketing in line with target guests, measured ROI and overall Attraction brand plan.
∎ Work with Sales and other team to ensure all activity is completed in line with overall brand guidelines and other attraction activity.
∎ Work with concern team to determine monthly forecasts and revenue budget and adjust marketing activity as required to ensure budgeted revenue is achieved.
∎ Ensure the department has a comprehensive master slide/photo/resources library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
∎ Work with the operation team to support in-attraction spends in line with marketing activity and maximize guest satisfaction as per expectations.
∎ Management of Public Relation, Advertisement, Web, E-mailing, Media Planning.
∎ Drive online sales in addition to online activity and work with digital team to maximize efficiency of website.
∎ Build strong relationships within the travel trade and hospitality industry to enhance PR and generate revenue.
∎ Act as official spokesperson for the Park when appropriate and responds to all media requests within 24 hours.
∎ Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions and work with ticket packages/partner attraction promotional activity.
∎ Comply and maintain a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them. Delegate assigned accounts to communications team as appropriate but takes full responsibility for the key media by maintaining and developing close relationships
∎ Prepare press releases for appropriate targeted media.
∎ Ensure that the advertising creative is in synergy with the company, projecting a consistent and quality message.
∎ Understand target customer profiles and increase the market share of visitation within individuals, organization, schools and group markets.
∎ Oversee the control of the marketing budget and report monthly to the management and at monthly business reviews.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
