Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Should have a Post Graduate degree or MBA in marketing & business development from any recognized University/Institute and possesses requisite experience in marketing and sales HR frameworks, sales audit management, marketing and operations in the manufacturing unit.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Innovate & create advance level business plan for improving local sales rapidly. Have to make a plan for yearly sales forecast & target achievements as monthly basis.
∎ Should be responsible & should have the potentiality to lead the sales team & achieve the monthly sales target.
∎ Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive local/international strategies activities for various projects to create new markets & achieve sales target.
∎ Ensure local sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with the top management.
∎ To participate in any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ To reports to the Company Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10/15 years business management experience.
∎ Good Communication skills in English, Bengali, Hindi & Urdu.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet Browsing is must.
∎ Strong sales & marketing human capital management knowledge. Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
