∎ Job Description:
∎ This is the Senior-level position of AR Malik Seeds Private Limited in the department of market development. This position is very much important to National market expansion activities designing; market development-oriented policy execution and implementation within the country. This position has lot of responsibilities to management large team, proper planning as well as utilization manpower in appropriate area.
∎ Job Location: Plot-15, Road-02, Block-H, Aftab Nagar, Badda, Dhaka-1212

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop national level market development (SeedPotato) plan and its implementation process in terms of new area coverage. Evaluate and capitalize on opportunities that fuel both short- and long-term market growth.
∎ Execute ARMS seed potato market development aims and targets through creative ideas and reaching out untouched areas.
∎ Work cross functionally and lead market development strategy to achieve predictable revenue, client growth and hold the market team accountable.
∎ Lead national teams to increase market penetration through developing new market insights, increasing customer base, developing customer relationships in defined market segments and assigned area. Identify and remove barriers to boost up sales for ARMS.
∎ Develop national market development activities budgets, market-based policy formation and implementation strategy development.
∎ Identify and operationalize go-to-market strategies that support growth to company.
∎ Conducting regular review/upgrade of market architecture, documentation, standards and guidelines to promote continuous price discovery and transparency and overall market efficiency.
∎ Set comprehensive goals for performance and sustainable growth on behalf of the company & take lead of different development projects relevant to seed potato marketing.
∎ Planning multiple stakeholder identification, mapping and engagement, leading to strategic alliances for market development.
∎ Develop different Memorandum of Understanding's (MoU's) and Memorandum of Cooperation's (MoC's) based on multiple stakeholder's needs and requirements.
∎ Establish ARMS Market Development concentration (Growing area, Dealer and Lead farmer) and maintain trustworthy relationship.
∎ Driving forward the ARMS products and branding into markets that have significant efficacy to market promotion.
∎ Design and implement market development strategies, policies, plans and procedures. Proper analysis of Market actors, marketing data along with necessary documents. Analyze and report market segment performance metrics to senior leadership team.
∎ Coordination and linkage with Gov't officials (DAE Khamarbari), International NGOs, others' company and other relating market players.
∎ Extensive knowledge of market development (potato) and Export & Import process of Potato and operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive knowledge of market development, having good knowledge on Export & Import process of Potato and its operations.
∎ Strong experience of at least 15 years of progressive management experience in market development, Marketing, Export & Import environment.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of Continuous Improvement strategies and a track record of leading a team in efficient and safe operations.
∎ Strong skills on communication technologies.
∎ Demonstrated leadership, ethics, and sound judgement, both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently in different parts of Bangladesh.
