Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, and color grading.
• Strong sense of music selection, audio sync, and sound design.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shooting video using professional cameras.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of social media trends, reels, and viral content strategies.
• Familiarity with AI and AI tools

Job Content/Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging visual content for digital platforms, promotional campaigns, documentaries, training videos, and social media. The role requires strong storytelling skills, proficiency in editing software, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities of a Video Editor:

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit video content for promotional videos, social media content, documentaries, events, and internal communication materials.
• Assemble raw footage, trim clips, add sound effects, transitions, animations, voice-overs, and graphics.
• Color correction, audio balancing, and overall enhancement of video quality.
• Ensure brand consistency in all video outputs.

Content Creation & Creative Coordination

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and conceptualize video ideas.
• Provide creative input during script development, storyboarding, and shooting.
• Adapt content based on platform requirements (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create short-form vertical content optimized for social media engagement.

Technical & File Management

• Maintain an organized library of video files, project backups, and assets.
• Optimize videos for multiple formats and resolutions.
• Work closely with videographers, photographers, designers, and communication teams.
