Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Liability Product Strategy
∎ Lead and manage a young and energetic team in order to achieve agreed business target
∎ Build a strong pile-line to ensure regular business flow
∎ Responsible for selling current product and developing new product to increase portfolio
∎ Ensue customer service within agreed time frame
∎ Profitability management through continuous monitoring
∎ Drive & manage customer acquisition and attrition
∎ Provide product performance, feedback and reports to the management on a periodic basis
∎ Build a strong talent pipeline for future business growth and continuity
∎ Coach direct reports and key talents to deliver on individual performance
∎ Work closely with team leaders to improve team work & performance
∎ Ensure compliance for preventing money laundering
