∎ Business Graduate, preferable an MBA degree in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Organizational Development, Training & Development, Training need analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs, set training objectives, prepare training plan, and execute all the functions relevant to training measures.
∎ Develop short- and long-term learning strategies aligned to the organization’s workforce, current and future business needs.
∎ Plan and implement required training programs as per need of the organization.
∎ Develop manuals, module & materials for evaluating training effectiveness & efficiency.
∎ Review and redesign existing training module and materials extensively.
∎ Prepare cost effective budget against periodic activity plans and ensure effective implementation.
∎ Lead and manage the team members of the department in right direction to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
