∎ 5 years' experience in ERP Implementation and user support in Group of Company
∎ Passion for system implementation and user-end support.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring, planning and ongoing implementation of the company's all software including ERP software.
∎ Work closely with the software development / implementation company and complete the installation in respective team as advised by supervisor of the company.
∎ Conduct the training activities and provide support to software users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process.
∎ Identify gaps and improvement opportunities to increase the optimum performance of the target operating model and finish the project with a specific deadline.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the company.
∎ Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future software requirements to meet organizational needs.
