∎ Masters in Computer Application (MCA) or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the SSSL's strategy to ensure the connectivity with its business objective.
∎ Monitor devices and clients of the data center to ensure availability of network and hosts
∎ Ensure installation of Operating System on new and existing server as per client request
∎ Follow troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve problems
∎ Detect network and system fault in data center and resolve
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
∎ Build quality assurance and data protection processes
∎ Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
∎ Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
