• Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 12 years of proven experience in a leadership role within IT.
• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with data management and analytics.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.

• Develop and communicate the IT strategy aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.

• Stay aware of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, analysts, and support staff.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.

• Ensure the security, availability, and scalability of IT systems.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

• Supervise the development and maintenance of information systems, applications, and databases.

• Ensure that systems are aligned with business needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Implement best practices for software development and project management.

• Oversee the design and maintenance of databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
